What are the requirements for the donation route

Two requirements apply: the project must be government-approved, and the investor must meet program criteria.

Requirements for an
eligible donation project

The project must be be approved by Government entity GEPAC
(Bureau for Cultural Strategy, Planning and Assessment of the Ministry of Culture).

Requirements
for the investor

As per the law the investor is required to invest €250.000 or €200.000 if the
cultural venture is situated in a designated low-density area. Additionally, investors
must comply with all legal requirements set forth by the Golden Visa program.

Decision to Move Ahead

You have gained sufficient knowledge on the program and have found in us your preferred team to guide you safely throughout the process. You shall initiate work with our onboarding team and allocated advisor.

Kick off Legal Steps

Clients are introduced to our recommended leading independent accredited full-service law firm. During the video call you shall clarify any legal related questions, get to know the legal team, and start the process. The team is responsible for assisting in documentation assembly, due diligence, bank account opening, fiscal number obtainment, tax representative allocation, application submission and subsequent renewals.

Kick off Investment Analysis

Simultaneously, we shall initiate weekly calls to discuss the full spectrum of eligible investment options. Together we will establish your financial goals, assess risk tolerance, and assess preference for sectors. We shall present the risks, advantages and disadvantages of each investment category option in an unbiased manner. The process is complemented by joint calls with investment vehicle owners (fund managers, gov. agencies, company owners). This way you will have sufficient information to make an informed decision.

Investment Completion

At this stage all legal steps have been finalized. You have made an informed decision and selected the investment route. Which means we can proceed with the investment. Both the legal team and our allocated advisor shall accompany you until the last stage.

Application Submission

Once the investment has been made the legal team will be able to submit your application.
