Requirements for a Golden Visa
eligible donation project

The project must be be approved by Government entity GEPAC
(Bureau for Cultural Strategy, Planning and Assessment of the Ministry of Culture).

Requirements
for the investor

As per the law the investor is required to invest €250.000 or €200.000 if the
cultural venture is situated in a designated low-density area. Additionally, investors
must comply with all legal requirements set forth by the Golden Visa program.

During the video call you shall clarify any legal related questions, get to know the legal team, and start the process. The team is responsible for assisting in documentation assembly, due diligence, bank account opening, fiscal number obtainment, tax representative allocation, application submission and subsequent renewals.
